Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award 2010 and 2011
Congratulations to the West Hills Honda Service and Parts Departments for winning the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award for both 2010 and 2011 from American Honda!
The CSE award is earned by Honda dealerships enrolled in the Professionals Recognition program who achieve an overall CSE score of 91.5 or better for previous year. West Hills Honda was recently recognized as an elite Customer Service Experience Dealership.
