I brought my Pilot in for an oil change and earlier that day I experienced a failure in the navigation system. I brought this to Jeter's attaention, and he went and discussed the problem with Mike Brodersen. Together they did some research and discovered these NAV systems have had past problems and failures. Jeter contacted the extended warranty folks and learned that my system was covered, and took the action to get a new one on order. My hat is off to Jeter for checking into this and taking action, and to Mike for his support. I have always had great customer support from Jeter. He truly goes out of his way to make sure I am a happy customer. I think you as a dealer and me as a customer are blessed to have him:)

Our salesperson, Amy Lounsbury, was the best we have ever had in our many long years of buying cars. She knew every single detail about the vehicle, answered all of our questions completely, and demonstrated most of the interior features, all in a friendly, non-pushy way. She was delightful and made such a refreshing change in the process of shopping for and making a decision about a vehicle that we returned right away and bought one! The dealership was a very pleasant place with nice amenities for customers. We are hoping that the service on our vehicle will match what we have experienced so far!

Brandon, in the service department, did a great job of pointing out some major repairs/costs that were needed ( timing belt, battery etc) on my 1991 Honda Accord Wagon. And he discussed what would potentially happen if the timing belt failed etc and other safety concerns that I had. This information is very important since my daughter, Abigail, uses the car to commute for work/college. Brandon's clear information about the risks/benefits helped me make the decision to not do the repairs since I was looking at trading in the car in the near future for a new/used car for Abigail to use-I decided that I would take the $$$$ for repairs and instead use it as a down payment on a new vehicle. My family, spent that very afternoon working with Will Parker to test drive/purchase a 2009 Honda Fit Sport- manual- for our daughter- and saying goodbye to the Honda Wagon that had served the family so well for 21 years. Will had helped us in September with the purchase of my husband, Richard's, used car that replaced a 1998 Honda Civic that had been stolen and never recovered. We really trust Will! Needless to say, our daughter is thrilled and Richard and I are relieved to know that she is now running around in SAFE vehicle.- Peace of mind for the parents-priceless. We are now a "Honda Fit Sport Family" with 3 Fits sitting in the driveway ( my 2008, Richard's 2009 and now Abigail's 2009). Richard and I really appreciate Brandon and Will's expertise in helping us. They truly reflect the high quality of customer service that we have come to expect over the last 13 years of doing business with West Hills Honda. Many thanks.

I come to the Honda dealership every three thousand miles for my oil change. I also have all of my maintenance done there. Brandon recommended to me this time that I needed new windshield wipers and I took his advice and had them replaced along with my oil change. He has assisted me for a very long time and I trust him as my service person. When he recommends something to me I have it done because I cannot afford to have something go wrong because I neglected to react on his recommendation. He measures my tire tread every time I come in and asks me the important questions about the running of my vehicle. You have a good associate there and I thank you.

My partner and I appreciated Kent's (and the finance guy) low key approach. Last time we bought a car (Ford) they tried to talk us into more car than we felt comfortable with. This time we came in and stated our intent (CR-X LX, 4WD) and Kent explained everything about the car so we were sure it was right. Not once did he try and talk us into a more expensive model. It was a great car buying experience.

My car always leaves looking cleaner both inside and out plus it runs a whole lot better. I have confidence that my Honda will continue to be dependable for me because of the care and exceptional maintenance that it receives when I bring it to you for maintenance. Added bonuses to the experience are that I always get to wait in a comfortable waiting room. I get a free latte or other beverage of my choice. Your service staff is wonderful. I live 15 miles west of Port Angeles but I always take my car to your facility for any work to be done other than oil changes and new tires. I bought my car there 15 1/2 years ago and it now has 284,000 miles. I still think of it as my new car and your people are what makes that happen. It is with great pleasure that I inform you of my recent dealings with West Hills Honda. Last Thursday I returned my leased CR-V and started a new lease. I wasn't looking forward to the process, as the last lease turnover lasted about six hours.
Fortunately, I was introduced to Mr. Kent Tompkins, and he is the reason for this note. I explained what my situation was regarding the lease turnover and that I didn't need all the hoopla and wished to expedite the process. Mr. Tompkins listened intently. He was, to my joy, able to shorten the entire process down to two and a half hours. He is courteous, knowledgable, understanding and an extraordinary asset to your business.

My husband always told me if something happened to him I was to go to your company for my next car & you would take good care of me since we've done business with you for past 26 years. Well, I'm sorry to say he passed away in 2010. When I took the car in for service I wanted to look at the new 2012 Civic's & I'm happy to say that Mark & Samuel were very kind, couterous & helpful in trying to find the car & color etc. that suited my wants & needs to no avail. I was amazed at the West Hill facilities which included computer access enabling me to complete my office work, the free smoothie and most of all the monthly drawing to win a flat screen TV. When the appointment was made I thought I needed the 300 mile servicing and discovered I only had 26,000 on the car. Not a single argument did I receive for changing to just the oil and lube service. Recently I drove my 2002 CR-V to Raleigh, NC. There, the air conditioning self-destructed. I didn't think that I was being charged fairly by the local Honda dealer there, so I called Jeter, who spoke with the service advisor on my behalf. Although the charges weren't reduced as much as I would have liked, I did receive a discount. Jeter made a good case that I was being over-charged for labor, and I appreciated his efforts.

We decided to trade in our three year old Honda Fit (purchased new at West Hills Honda) for a larger vehicle. Because of very positive past experiences in sales and service, we turned first to West Hills to see what they might do for us. David Beamish was introduced to us, and he listened attentively to our interest in finding a quality used car that would give us more of the comfort and safety we were looking for. He introduced us to the Accord class, explained its many fine qualities, and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He then showed us three used Accords, and we focused our attention on (and test drove) a 2010 model with very low mileage.
We told David that we had made a commitment to test drive a 2010 Camry at a different dealership, but that we would talk with him again the next day before making a final decision. Before we left, he put pricing together that included our trade-in (Honda Fit). At no time did we feel pressured by David to break our prior commitment.
We DID test drive the Camry, and were impressed with its comfortable and quiet ride. The Toyota dealer offered us pricing with a lot of arm twisting. Because of the depth of information David had given us, and our prior experience with the quality of vehicles and service at West Hills Honda, we returned the next day. After David was able to give us another incredible offer, we purchased the 2010 Honda Accord he had shown us the day before. David was professional and knowledgeable during the entire process, and it was a pleasure purchasing an automobile from him.
We know we made the right decision, and we’ll strongly recommend West Hills Honda and especially David Beamish.

To my complete surprise, my wife and I purchased a new 2010 Honda Fit Sport from West Hills Honda on Friday March 4, 2011. I do say "complete surprise" because I had vowed never to buy a new car from a car dealership again. Our last 4 vehicle purchases (Honda Civic EX, Toyota 4-Runner, and 2 Toyota Pick Ups) have been from private parties.
About 2 months ago we decided we wanted to purchase a Honda Fit. Through research and a test drive we narrowed our search to a new or used 2009, 2010, or 2011 Honda Fit Sport MT in certain color choices. I have scanned Craigslist and Auto Trader for the last 2 months. Additionally, I have researched through sites like Edmunds.com and Truecar.com. I decided to go beyond what I vowed never to do and attempt to deal through dealership internet sales departments.
Without taking you through every detail of my widely varied experiences, I will outline what West Hills Honda did to earn our business and create a customer who will without a doubt refer other potential customers your direction.
•The West Hills Honda website does not force a potential customer to reveal their address and phone number in order to communicate with someone. A pop up occurs on the wedsite that easily allows someone to shoot an email off to the Internet Sales Manager Amy Lounsbury. Most other dealership websites force a phone # entry in order to send an email.
•Amy Lounsbury is the only person who respected my request to please email (do not call). Personally, I found it rude for dealership after dealership to call me with complete disregard to my request otherwise.
•Amy Lounsbury responded to each of my emails over I believe a 6 week period promptly even on days that were her "off" days.
•Amy Lounsbury never, as most other dealerships did, use unreasonable or shady tactics to try to coax me into coming in to the dealership.
•Amy Lounsbury revealed and outlined all costs and had the best price that I was able to secure in email form from any dealership. This earned West Hills Honda my one personal visit to the dealership.
•On the day I visited the dealership, Amy showed and explained options on the vehicle with knowledge. She accepted my offer in a sincere manner and then did what she could within her limits to close the deal.
•Akeem Sloan processed our closing paperwork in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner without being overly aggressive to sell items such as extended warranties.
•Amy Lounsbury provided a complete showing, tour, and explanation of the vehicle to my wife and I upon acceptance of the car.
•The "We Owe" piece of paper is a nice reassuring touch to make sure nothing is forgotten.
•The West Hills Honda Service Department completed all items on the "We Owe" sheet within the timeframe promised the following Monday.
In short, we are very happy customers and love our brand new Honda Fit Sport. West Hills Honda Internet Sales Manager Amy Lounsbury did an outstanding job! West Hills Honda apparently understands what the customer is looking for from an "internet" sales department. Most other dealerships say they have an "internet" sales department, but in reality they rudely force the customer to deal with them the old fashioned way.

I had two employees helping my husband and myself, both named David. I can't remember their last names, but this is only praise to your company and employees. Every time we have purchased a car it has been a hassle, pain and inconvenience. It's been stressful and can be overwhelming at times. Given price is always hard to haggle, but this time with West Hills Honda, I had an amazing experience. Not only were the employees and management extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they were also willing to go out of their way to make sure we were happy. I just had to let you know...AGAIN!...how much I LOVE my 2007 "green tea" CRV. Driving into work this snowy slippery morning was not fun, but my Honda has been a beauty, handling so well in all weather and the heated seats are AWESOME! I tell everyone about what a great car it is,where I got it and who to see when they decide to get one for themselves. Thanks to all at WHH for your quality and friendly service. My wife and I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord in the month of June from salesman, Mr. Akeem Sloan. We want to publicly express our thanks and appreciation to Akeem for his courteous, kind and professional demeanor throughout our conversation and discussion of various vehicles. He is a delightful salesperson. In addition, our dealing with Mr. Quinn Hill was also warm and professional. A few days ago, we brought the Accord back to have 2-3 things checked. We dealt with Mr. Hubert Jeter in the service department. It was overwhelming to see all the service department personnel so eager to assist and keep us informed, as our vehicle was in the shop. Mr. Jeter handled our paperwork and was also courteous and professional. I requested the opportunity to go into the mechanics operation area to look under my vehicle. They all were so kind and caring. And it made me feel proud that I purchased a Honda. Please congratulate this wonderful Honda Team. I read about the hybrid in an article, decided that was what I wanted and went over and bought it. Everyone treated me like royalty. Mel, Shane and the finance person was a delight! They explained the features to me. I will use the service department. On the 30th I will be going in to have the vehicle undercoated and I will look at buying mats for bad weather.
