West Hills Honda has a wonderful service department. They do suggest services that might be recommended however it isn’t a hard sell. The dealership is clean, waiting for my car is a comfortable experience. The service rep (Ryan) was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I’m very happy with them and my vehicle!

What was a bit disturbing was to hear sales personnel talk disparagingly about potential buyer in front of other customers. POOR FORM!!
