In my adult life, I've purchased 13 cars, and I enjoyed the process only three times.  Overbearing salespeople and fast-talking finance managers (who always seem to make it cost far more than you expected) tend to make the whole carbuying experience dreadful. This was NOT my experience with West Hills Honda.  At the end of 2017 after a bad relationship with VW due to the Turbodiesel emmissions scandal some years back, I ended up at West Hills Honda looking for a replacement car.  I had very specific wants/needs in a car, and Sammie and Zac were an absolute powerhouse team in finding me what I needed, at my preferred price point.  I think Sammie and I test drove over a dozen cars over the course of a couple weekends.  She wasn't overbearing.  She didn't try to force a sale.  She listened to my concerns, and made a genuine (and successful) effort to make each test drive closer to my goal.  By the time I had made a decision, Zac had my wife test driving a replacement for her beat-up, worn-out minivan, and we ultimately purchased BOTH vehicles on the same evening.  We have both been very happy with our purchases ever since. Recently, I came to need yet another vehicle.  Of course, I immediately sought the help of Sammie.  Once again, she helped me into the car I wanted, while even offering some alternatives to help me make an informed decision.  I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into anything.  Additionally, the finance manager in all three cases was thorough yet respectful of my wishes regarding declining extra services, warranties, etc. Individually and overall, our carbuying experiences have been nothing short of amazing, and will HAPPILY bring our business back to West Hills Honda, especially if Sammie and Zac are there for us.  Go see them, and tell them Scott and Lynn sent you!

James treated me with real professionalism. He explained everything. He did just fine! My Honda needed servicing and a little repair. It had to stay overnight, but James arranged a ride. Michael, the courtesy driver, was great. Thank you for the courtesy rides and the coffee treat.
